1. Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
2. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires.
3. Onboarding and Off boarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations.
- Coordinate exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
- Contract Monitoring
4. Training and Development:
- Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
5. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with updating HR databases and employee information systems, 201.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.
7. HR Administration:
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and provide timely responses.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
8. General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in special functions and initiatives as needed.
