  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

2. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites.

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires.

3. Onboarding and Off boarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations.
  • Coordinate exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Contract Monitoring

4. Training and Development:

  • Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development activities.

5. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with updating HR databases and employee information systems, 201.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.

7. HR Administration:

  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and provide timely responses.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.

8. General Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
