We are seeking a creative and organized
HR Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled content creator with a passion for designing engaging training materials. You will be responsible for developing a wide range of educational content, from presentations to e-learning modules, that helps our employees grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, e-learning courses, job aids, and other educational content.

Graphic Design:
Apply working knowledge of graphic design principles to create visually appealing and professional materials. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is essential.

Presentation Development:
Create and refine presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant tools, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Project Management:
Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all materials are completed on time.

Communication:
Use strong written communication skills to create clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex topics for learners.

Quality Assurance:
Pay close attention to detail to ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and free of errors.

Collaboration:
Work with subject matter experts and other team members to understand learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions.

HR Admin:
Maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, and assisting with benefits administration.

Qualifications

Experience:
Proven experience in creating training materials, presentations, and other educational content.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is an advantage
