JOB SUMMARY
HR Associate for People & Culture will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Responsibilities will span various aspects of HR, including training and development, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. The Associate will collaborate closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the development and implementation of comprehensive HR initiatives and systems.
- Manages the organization of training materials and oversees training programs, ensuring that program costs align with the designated budget.
- Monitors and evaluates trainee progress, collaborates with department managers to assess training and development needs, and provides senior management with detailed program reports.
- Assists in designing training materials for both existing employees and new hires, promptly addressing any training-related issues. Identifies training and development needs across all company departments, working closely with management and staff to enhance work relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention.
- Leads the development, planning, and facilitation of employee engagement, reward, and recognition programs within the company. Provides essential support for employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and other feedback mechanisms, ensuring inclusivity of all voices. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and policies.
- Designs and delivers the company's internal communication strategy, planning, and activity calendar to elevate levels of employee engagement. Coordinates with external service providers, partners, or sponsors to support company events. Drives employee awareness of engagement programs through the creation of creative, impactful, and strategic communication materials.
- Ensures meticulous tracking of engagement expenses to stay within the approved budget. Takes an active role in the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and conducting interviews.
- Provides comprehensive support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, resolving issues promptly. Contributes to the development and implementation of human resource policies. Maintains meticulous employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
Assists in the implementation of labor policies and company policies, working towards bringing fairness and transparency to the disciplinary process of the company.
Monitors and manages engagement-related expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget. Maintains organized employee 201 files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Accurately manage and maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records. Monitor and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and employee inquiries related to attendance. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
