Job Title: Post Facility Manager, FCDO Reports to: Cluster Manager Location: Taguig, Manila, Philippines

Role Purpose As the Post Facility Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader for a key FCDO diplomatic site, ensuring the seamless delivery of all facilities services. You will be the primary point of contact for our client, building a strong partnership and ensuring that site operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. This role is critical for managing the site environment, leading a dedicated service team, and upholding JLL's commitment to excellence in a sensitive and dynamic diplomatic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Operational and Financial Excellence

  • Oversee all technical and facilities operations, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and Critical Environment (CEM) requirements.
  • Manage site budgets, accounting, and financial operations, ensuring effective cost control and procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Drive vendor performance, ensuring all subcontractors are compliant with access, security, and quality standards.
  • Champion continuous quality improvement by implementing industry best practices to enhance operational standards and reduce costs.

Safety and Risk Management

  • Lead the site's health and safety culture, championing JLL's "zero harm" commitment and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Ensure the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program is fully implemented, maintaining up-to-date hazard registers and robust business continuity plans.
  • Manage all incident reporting and escalation procedures to meet contractual and firm standards, providing 24/7 emergency call support as needed.

Client and Stakeholder Partnership

  • Develop and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with the on-site client, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide proactive management and clear communication to all stakeholders, ensuring facility services fully support client operations, events, and visits without disruption.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site service delivery team, fostering an environment of teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence.
  • Build a high-quality, well-motivated team by providing effective coaching and supporting the training and development of team members.

Candidate Profile: What You'll Bring

  • A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate, facility management or hospitality.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field, preferably within a diplomatic or secure environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing site operations, with a working knowledge of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection) and occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, financial analysis, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and professional approach to customer service, with the capacity to manage complex operational matters and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
