Job Title: Operations Coordinator

This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working cross-functionally and finds satisfaction in getting the small things right so the big things go smoothly.

Publisher Operations Support:
  • Key Responsibilities include Contact Maintainer, CRM Organizer, Onboarding Assistant, Launch Supporter, Data Logger, Benchmark Collector, Test Tracker.
Campaign & Asset Management:
  • Media Kit Collector requests, reviews and stores publisher media kits and placement samples. Creative QA Specialist ensures creatives match publisher specs and requirements. Review Facilitator coordinates internal review, feedback and approvals for placement comps. Creative Librarian stores client-approved creatives and keeps live documentation current. Link Builder generates and distributes tracking links ensuring proper setup and communication. Pixel Integrator requests postback integrations, piggyback pixels and manages testing workflows.
Billing & Financial Coordination:
  • Finance Communicator liaises with finance teams to communicate billing terms and project details. IO Checker ensures insertion orders are in place for all billing needs. Billing Tracker monitors and logs billing changes and opportunities in the project management system.
Project & Process Management:
  • Data Integrity Lead maintains clean data in project management and CRM platforms. Automation Watchdog monitors automations and troubleshoots any issues to keep workflows running efficiently. Documentation Organizer maintains internal documentation templates and tracking logs. Team Aligner supports internal communications to ensure priorities are clear and processes are followed.
