Senior Workshop Designer and Facilitator

Location: Mandaluyong (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 – 75,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workshop Designer and Facilitator to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of impactful Digital Capability Workshops. This role involves creating engaging learning experiences, facilitating interactive sessions, and ensuring outcomes drive long-term behavioral change and skills adoption.

You will collaborate with internal teams to design strategies that not only promote learning but also support real-world application and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define workshop objectives, target audience, and outcomes

Design session formats, flow, and materials including presentations, handouts, activities, and digital tools

Facilitate engaging workshop sessions, discussions, and group activities

Manage workshop schedules and ensure smooth transitions between sessions

Collect participant feedback and provide recommendations for improvement

Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes and actionable insights

Collaborate with teams to ensure workshops align with organizational transformation goals

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Digital Innovation, or related field

At least 5 years of experience in workshop design, learning facilitation, or digital skills development

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital capability or transformation contexts

Experience with international or development organizations is a plus

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change techniques
