What you'll be doing

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of technology products and solutions
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and other electronic equipment
  • Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with the wider technical team to ensure efficient service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in a related field
  • At least 1 years' experience as a field technician or in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
