Job Objective

  • Serve as a key personnel in field operations by ensuring efficient coordination with clients and smooth execution of field activities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing assistance in operational matters, particularly in handling the company's products, including the AFCS product.
  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits to support business growth.
  • Identify and report issues encountered on-site to immediate superiors, and actively contribute to the implementation of projects, policies, and new guidelines aimed at improving and advancing the operations team's performance.

  • 100%- No concern on the client (Pulled-out, request pending)
  • 100%- Client Satisfaction
  • 100%- Time and Attendance
  • With monthly pulled-out report monitoring
  • With client feedback evaluation for 6 months

Educational Attainment: At least College Level/Vocational Course Graduate

Work Experience: Field Coordinator/Field Technician

Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, marketing skills and passion for a brand or product.

Required License, Training Taken if any: With Motorcycle, with professional/non-professional driver's license,

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of auto mechanics/wirings, POS handling with previous experience is an advantage.
