POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Field Service Technician having completed level three competencies, you will disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, calibrate, test, and perform periodic maintenance of food service, bakery and coffee equipment. You will evaluate and determine necessary modification, perform complex repairs or removal of equipment or devices needing overhaul during scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting while performing unscheduled work. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our vision and align with our organization's core values.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

    1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
    1. Attend to customer trouble report and conduct troubleshooting to address it with 24 hours upon receipt and to escalate any concerns as needed and necessary
    1. Perform work in accordance with approved equipment, calibration, maintenance and safety procedures
    1. Reinstall, test, evaluate, calibrate, and maintain upon completion of repairs
    1. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable
  • TESDA Certification relevant to the position is required
  • Proven field service experience within food equipment industry
  • Ability to install, troubleshoot, test, repair food service and bakery equipment including but not limited to industrial and commercial coffee machine and grinder, bakery oven, chiller/freezer, gas stove/burner etc.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driving Skills (4 wheels / Pro or Non Pro)

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
