Job Summary:

We are looking for a Markt Research Lead to oversee our market research project on transformers and switchgears in Visayas. This role involves gathering data from electric cooperatives; analyzing market trends; and preparing detailed reports to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working with both technical and business information.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the research project on transformers and switchgears in the Visayas region.
  • Collect data through surveys, interviews, site visits, and online research.
  • Coordinate with electric cooperatives for information gathering.
  • Organize and clean collected data for analysis.
  • Prepare market analysis reports, charts, and presentations summarizing findings.
  • Identify trends, market opportunities, and potential risks based on gathered data.
  • Work closely with the central office to align research methods and reporting formats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of work experience in market research, data analysis, or technical sales related to electrical equipment.
  • Exposure to transformers, switchgears, or power distribution industry is an advantage but not required.

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of transformers and switchgears (types, uses, and basic specifications).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to create charts, pivot tables, and summary reports.
  • Able to prepare clear written reports and present findings.
  • Comfortable with online research and gathering data through calls, site visits, or interviews.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
