The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio & Logistics Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is the backbone of our operations, ensuring every rental piece moves smoothly through its journey—from preparation and fittings to pick-ups, returns, and care.

This is a logistics-heavy position that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and enjoys hands-on work in both inventory and customer fittings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client orders, ensuring all pieces are clean, complete, and ready for pick-up or delivery.
  • Manage all dress rentals: coordinate pick-ups, returns, and on-time turnarounds.
  • Track inventory closely, monitoring the movement of pieces in and out of the studio.
  • Oversee dry cleaning schedules
  • Assist clients during in-studio fittings, providing support and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and presentation.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a "get it done" mindset.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, steaming, and handling garments.
  • Prior experience in logistics, retail, studio coordination, or fashion rental is a plus (but not required).
