JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team as we launch Pizza Studio Tamaki in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has experience in bar operations, can craft beverages consistently, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a restaurant, café, or bar setting (F&B industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of drink preparation, beverage service, and bar hygiene standards.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our brand's standards and unique beverage offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the bar and dining area.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory, and report supply needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
