Position Title: Corporate LawyerWork Set Up: OnsiteSchedule: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PH Time (Flexible)Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:The corporate lawyer will handle legal matters and ensure the company follows all labor laws and regulations. The main goal is to reduce legal risks and keep business operations compliant.

This role works closely with top executives (President, VP, AVPs) and management, providing legal advice to support smart, lawful decisions that protect the companys long-term interests. As part of a shared services team, the lawyer will support all businesses and subsidiaries under the companys management, including sister companies and various business units. What

You'll Do:Make sure the company follows all local and international laws, including labor, data privacy, and IP laws in the Philippines, US, GE, and other locations

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners

Safeguard the company's intellectual property and ensure no rights are violated

Advise on employee contracts, disputes, and ensure labor laws are followed

Ensure the company complies with data protection rules like GDPR and HIPAAHelp prepare legal documents like board resolutions and manage corporate filings

Handle legal disputes and work with external lawyers when needed

Support legal processes during company expansions, mergers, or sales

Stay up-to-date with industry rules and ensure company compliance

Spot and reduce legal risks to protect company operations

Create and review company policies to ensure they follow legal standards

Educate staff and leaders on legal rules and responsibilities

Work with government offices on legal and regulatory matters

Check legal risks when entering new markets or partnerships

Use mediation or arbitration to settle disputes when possible

Handle additional legal tasks as needed by the company

What Were Looking For:Bachelors degree in LawPassed the Philippine Bar ExaminationAt least 3 years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment

Working knowledge of contract law and data protection regulations

Relevant experience in contract management

Experience with corporate governance and corporate secretarial duties

Experience working in the BPO/Shared Services sector preferred, but not required

Exceptional drafting, proof-reading, and communication skills

Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment, and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with moderate supervision

Great attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
