About the Role

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join our team. This full-time position, based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with tax laws and regulations while maintaining financial integrity. You will play a key role in overseeing the company's tax obligations, preparing tax filings, and providing expert advice to senior management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement tax compliance strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the company's tax records to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on tax-related matters and stay updated on tax legislation changes.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax-related reporting.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and represent the company in tax-related inquiries or audits.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for tax compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance or advisory roles, preferably within the business services or corporate advisory industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. Tax lawyer qualification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in tax software and digital tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
