JOB PURPOSE

The role assists lawyers in the Legal Department in performing their functions such as but not limited to filing of pleadings and compliances with the courts and other regulatory bodies, writing initial drafts of affidavits, letters, minutes of meetings, procuring documents from government agencies required for due diligence and such other tasks as may be directed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's/College degree in Political Science or Legal Management
  • Must possess above-average marks in a corporation, labor, intellectual property, land registration, agrarian, and contract laws
  • Experienced in processing legal and regulatory requirements; legal writing and research
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Has exposure in preparing minutes of meeting during board meetings
