Role Description
We are looking for a
full-time Office Secretary
to join our growing team in Cebu. This is an on-site position. The Office Secretary will help keep our office running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day tasks such as:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and messages
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
- Filing and organizing records and documents
- Welcoming and assisting clients who visit the office
- Providing general administrative support to lawyers and staff
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Can communicate clearly and politely, both in person and in writing
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and good people skills
- Clerical Skills such as filing, typing, and record-keeping
- Organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant experience in the legal sector is a plus
