About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Social Media Account team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions'. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various social media platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Monitoring and engaging with customers on social media to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Maintaining a positive brand image and upholding the company's values through all customer interactions
  • Assisting with content creation and management for the company's social media channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call centre environment, preferably in a social media or digital marketing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and monitoring tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
