About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • at least High School Graduate with Diploma
  • willing to work FULLTIME ONSITE in Taguig
  • amenable for nightshift schedule and CAN START ASAP
  • START DATE OCTOBER 27, 2025
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and tools
