BROAD SCOPE:

  • The Customer Service Representative acts as the key point of contact for customers, providing accurate product information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards. The role includes timely reporting, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and keeping accurate records to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service representatives respond to customer inquiries regarding problems with a company's products or services specifically on Online Orders (E-Commerce). They do so by way of phone, e-mail, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience in E-Commerce Set Up
  • Strong analytical skills
