What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Account Growth & Retention

    Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align customer needs with business capabilities.
  • Issue Resolution

    Act as the main point of contact for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Customer Insights

    Gather feedback and market intelligence to help shape product development and service improvements.
  • Reporting & Analysis

    Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to leadership on relationship health and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success—preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relationship management experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex client needs.
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mid-level seniority is required for this position.
