Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Metro Manila. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and will actively work towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and provide targeted solutions
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in industries such as security, hospitality, retail, or transportation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
