We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to cultivate and enhance client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to drive business growth through effective relationship management.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Monitor account performance and drive strategies for improvement
Prepare regular reports on account status and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in relationship management or similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
A proactive approach towards achieving targets and objectives
