What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  4. Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  5. Prior call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
