A. Accepting Units for Repair
- Attends to the concerns of customers and she serves as the frontliner for the camera
repair and service center
- Assist the customer by asking them to fill out repair forms, interview the customer
regarding the problems encountered with their unit and manage complaints by
explaining to the customer the possible reason for the encountered problem
- Encode all the details in the repair form to SAP to be able to generate Service
Notification
B. Endorsing Unit for Repair to the Service Technician
- All received units for repair that have been encoded to SAP will be forwarded to the
Service Engineer/Technician for checking
- SSS will be responsible for monitoring the status of repair so that she may give proper
feedback to customer who is asking for status update etc.
C. Answering E-mails
D. Answering Phone Calls
E. Accepting Units for Repair sent via Courier/Grab/Lalamove
- Daily SSS also attends to units being sent by customers via courier, grab or lalamove
F. Processing of Payment/Invoicing
- On daily basis SSS will process payments of customers via bank transfer, cash or credit
card payments
Issuance of official receipt to customer
Processing invoices via SAP to close the SN or transaction
G. Delivery of unit to customer
- For customers outside Metro Manila or for those that request direct delivery, the SSS will
schedule delivery through our accredited courier or via grab/lalamove
II. Dealer Stock Unit or Units Coming from Authorized Receiving and Pick-Up
Points
Dealer sends units for repair to the service center and for the units sent through authorized
receiving and pick up point, SSS will also schedule/process pick up by accredited courier.
Requirements and skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of good customer service rating
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
