The Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for multifunction printers, copiers, and related IT solutions. This role combines technical expertise with client interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and reliable technical performance. Ideal for candidates passionate about technology, fieldwork, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for copiers, printers, and related IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
  • Ensure optimal machine performance through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
  • Support clients by providing technical guidance and product knowledge.
  • Document service activities, maintenance logs, and client interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel to client sites as required to deliver on-site support and service.
Qualifications
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field (preferred).
  • Licensed ECT (board passer) is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in sales, client management, and the IT industry.
  • Experience in copier or multifunction printer troubleshooting is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, network connectivity (LAN/WAN), and output/color management software.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car or motorcycle.
  • Willing to work in the field and visit various client sites.
