About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our dedicated team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc.'. As a Maintenance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities in Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work for a leading provider of Maintenance & Handyperson Services.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks on our facilities and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Conducting regular inspections and identifying potential problems before they escalate
  • Collaborating with the wider team to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance work performed
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance or Handyperson role, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
