Position Title: Fleet Supervisor (Maintenance Lead)

Department: Trucking Operations – Motorpool

Reports To: Trucking Operations Manager

Location: Manila

Role Purpose

Ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of petroleum trucking fleet by leading preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, sourcing parts, and supervising mechanics. This role owns fleet uptime, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventive Maintenance & Repairs
  • Implement and enforce PM schedule (5k km cycles, weekly checks).
  • Supervise mechanics and welder in executing repairs and audits.
  • Approve and monitor work orders, ensuring quick turnaround of down units.
  • Parts & Inventory Management
  • Source cost-effective aftermarket parts (balance OEM vs. generics).
  • Maintain stock of critical spares (filters, hoses, brake kits, fluids).
  • Prevent theft/shrinkage via inventory logs and security protocols.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all units pass LTO/DOTR inspections and DENR requirements.
  • Conduct monthly safety checks and assist Dispatch in drills.
  • Maintain fleet records (repair history, emissions, certifications).
