About the role

Vill-Care Management & Maintenance Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team in Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our client's residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
  2. Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctioning equipment or systems
  3. Collaborate with the property management team to identify and address maintenance needs
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inventory
  5. Respond promptly to emergency repairs and address issues in a timely manner
  6. Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised at all times
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role
  2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  7. Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
