- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in canvassing, purchasing, or procurement is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in handling supplier quotations and price comparisons
- Ability to evaluate supplier offers and recommend cost-effective options
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other related tools
- Willing to work on-site and do fieldwork when necessary
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Description
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Source potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and product quality
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective and favorable agreements
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments regarding procurement needs.
