The specific tasks of a Purchasing Staff/Associate include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Sorts and files purchase orders transmittal slips, and job orders;
  • Canvass and negotiates with suppliers for prices, discounts, and agreements;
  • Monitors inventory of medical and non-medical supplies verified receipt of purchased items;
  • Prepares verifies, and forwards purchase orders to suppliers;
  • Monitors and expedites purchase reports and orders

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any Four (4) years business-related course
  • Minimum of One (1) year experience of the same or related position
  • Has knowledge in using Quickbooks and MS Office
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
