JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff / Canvasser to assist with daily administrative tasks and purchasing support. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations organized and well-supplied.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with general office tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Conduct canvassing for supplies and products (price comparisons, sourcing vendors)
  • Support inventory management and restocking processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely purchasing
  • Help maintain accurate records of purchases and supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Updating Paperwork's
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
  • Consolidate all receipts
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding their needs.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Bachelor Degree or an equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year work experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with a can-do attitude
