JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Responsible for preparing and processing purchase order and job order. Analyze the current trend by bench marking the different supplies and equipment from various suppliers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Canvass & Prepare purchase order of requested and approved materials.
  • Posting control number to all approved request.
  • Maintenance and securing of supplier's and procurement's records
  • Encode requisition slips to Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinates with other units/departments in relation to approved requisition, purchase order and job orders.
  • Validation and bench marking of current prices of different supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Maintenance of existing supplier network.
  • Development of new set of suppliers.
  • Distribution of approved purchase order and job order.
  • Receive deliveries from different suppliers
  • Fieldwork- canvass and purchase.
  • Monitor delivered & undelivered purchase order with coordination to warehouse
  • Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of any 4-year business related course.

· Preferably, with six months purchasing related experience in construction

· Computer literate and with good communication skills.

EXPERIENCE UPON ENTRY INTO THE POSITION

  • Entry-level Job, fresh graduates are more than encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
