This is a full-time, in-office customer service role for the social media channels of TalentSync Training and Development, based in Taguig City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various social media platforms, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed
  2. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
  3. Collaborating with the marketing team to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
  4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's social media customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least HS/SHS Graduate + 1 year Customer facing experience (other industry) or 1 year BPO experience
  2. Strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate information to customers
  3. Proficiency in using social media platforms and customer service software
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. A positive, friendly, and customer-centric attitude
