 Works in coordination with the SEO specialist in optimizing contents according to SEO standards and principles Qualifications & Educational Requirements  College Graduate at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in in Advertising/Multimedia, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent field

 Should also be adept at promoting content on social media

 Has extensive knowledge and experience in digital publishing platforms  With copywriting experience

 Tech Savvy and knowledgeable in Article Writing, Business Writing, Content Creation and Email and Content Strategy

 Team Player, Self-Motivated, with Strong Communication Skills, Enthusiastic, Detail-Oriented and Collaborative Core Competency Profile

 Communication: can easily relate, listen, understand and converse with customers.

 Research: ability to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular topic

 Judgment and Decision Making: able to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

.  Complex Problem Solving: can identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

 Multi-tasking: can manage multiple customer cases and resolve these timely
