About the role
Join our growing team as a Non-Voice Social Media Moderator at our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the positive reputation and online presence of Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. by professionally and efficiently managing our social media channels.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Proactively engage with our online community to foster positive interactions and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies
- Identify and report any inappropriate or unethical content, ensuring our online presence remains professional and brand-aligned
- Provide regular reports and analysis on social media performance and trends
- Assist with the creation and curation of engaging social media content
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate responses in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and best practices for community management
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
