What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  1. At least HS/SHS Grad + 1 yr CFE (other indsutry) or 1yr BPO exp
  2. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in English, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different customer needs
  5. Familiarity with various social media platforms and customer service best practices
  6. Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  7. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
