We are seeking a talented Social Media (Content Moderator) to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating our social media content to ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines and policies. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on our online presence and customer engagement. The role is based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate user-generated content across our social media platforms to ensure it meets our standards
  2. Identify and address any inappropriate, offensive or harmful content in a timely manner
  3. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our content moderation processes
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of our social media content strategy
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in social media content moderation or similar role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  4. Familiarity with the latest social media platforms and their guidelines
  5. A keen eye for identifying inappropriate or problematic content
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
