  • Willing to travel for project visits and client meetings

  • A team player with initiative and accountability
  • Preferably with a professional driver's license

Job Description:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets through the following activities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
  • Promote and present Litecrete products and services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and quotations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Handle client inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organize site visits, establish new accounts, and perform market saturation activities, including making at least 50 cold calls per week.
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records using company CRM
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand market visibility
  • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, and track performance using the sales scoreboard
