About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Mapping / Project Management Intern to support our ongoing improvement and project initiatives. The intern will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and optimize business processes, as well as assist in planning and monitoring key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in mapping current business processes using tools such as flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, or process documentation templates.
  • Support the analysis of processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process flows.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities under the guidance of project managers.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and project updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management or process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart, Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Interest in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage.
