Position: Sales & Marketing Intern

Job Description:

1.Prospecting potential clients through email marketing, lead generation and online promotion.

2.Manages public training from promotion to documentation.

3.Promotes brand awareness to all social media platforms that generate positive revenue in a consistent manner.

4.Conducts training presentations for the team in relation to Sales & Marketing.

5.Manages, monitors, and increases the number of the client database on a daily basis. A maximum of 20 unique client contacts are expected to be added to the database per day.

6.Creates the following in handling a public webinar;

  • Promotion Posters
  • Webinar Attendees Monitoring
  • Email Marketing using the MailChimp email format
  • Online promotion activities and promotion statistics in a weekly basis
  • Training documentation such as billing preparation, creation and sending of E-Certificate

7.Prepares Billing Statements for the clients and monitors the collection process.

8.Assists clients and webinar registrants on their inquiries in a friendly and professional way possible.

9.Supports the team in handling events and posting of Job Ads to get more clients and applicants.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in courses such as Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or any related fields
  • Has work tools such as laptop or mobile phone
  • Open to work from home
  • Must be willing to learn.

Required No. of Hours: Not less than 200hrs
