Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate or Intermediate Accountant to join our Business Services team and deliver exceptional accounting services to our Australian-based clients. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience, develop technical expertise, and work in a fully remote environment with international exposure. You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports for various business structures
  • Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy using accounting software
  • Assist with payroll processing and related compliance tasks
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation for reporting purposes
  • Participate in training and development to enhance technical skills
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed to meet client and business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and office management procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
  • Good retention of memory and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High level of personal maturity and integrity
