We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Finance/Accounting Consultant to help clients transform their financial processes through technology. This role is ideal for finance professionals who want to combine their accounting expertise with ERP system implementation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

  • Analyze and improve financial workflows across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reporting.

Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and financial requirements through process mapping and analysis.

ERP Configuration

  • Configure finance and accounting modules and prepare detailed functional documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth ERP implementation.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, conducting product demos, and presenting solutions to clients.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on ERP trends, financial regulations, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Infor LN, Infor CSI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client projects.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
