We are looking for a proactive and driven INFOR ERP Trainee Consultant to support ERP implementation projects and pre-sales initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems focused on logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. As part of the team, you will help analyze business processes, document requirements, and support solution design to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows, identifying areas for improvement supported by ERP systems.
  • Participate in client meetings, process reviews, and site visits to gather and document business requirements.
  • Assist in preparing functional specifications for ERP modules such as INFOR LN, CSI, or similar systems.
  • Support ERP solution design, configuration, and testing throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to ERP product demonstrations and presentations during pre-sales activities.
  • Prepare documentation and materials to support solution proposals and client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (INFOR LN, CSI, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to travel domestically or internationally based on project requirements.
  • Open to structured training and continuous learning in INFOR ERP solutions.
