Job Summary:

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient scheduling, accurate billing, and smooth daily clinic operations. The role requires experience in clinic set-up, patient flow management, and the ability to offer treatment packages based on individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients professionally and warmly, in person and via phone.
  • Manage clinic phone lines, texts, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, and reactivate patient appointments based on prescribed treatment plans.
  • Coordinate patient flow with therapists to minimize waiting time.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and files.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection using HealthBlocks and XERO.
  • Perform daily sales reporting, end-of-day cash reconciliation, and secure collections.
  • Update visitation charts, O.R. book, and SC/PWD logbooks.
  • Offer and explain treatment packages tailored to the patient's condition and progress.
  • Support clinic set-up, front desk systems, and workflow organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area.
  • Ensure all required forms (Patient Intake, Consent, SOAP) are completed properly.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist the Doctor, HR/Admin Manager, and Team Leaders as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office and clinic supplies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of patient confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Comfortable with billing, basic accounting, and clinic management systems.
  • Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
