Job description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our restaurant team as Official Receipt (OR) Staff during the peak/seasonal period. The OR Staff will be responsible for handling the issuance, recording, and reconciliation of official receipts, ensuring compliance with financial and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately issue official receipts for all completed customer transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of issued receipts.
  • Verify payment details and ensure receipt information matches sales records.
  • Coordinate with the cashier and accounting team for daily sales reconciliation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of receipt books and request replenishment when needed.
  • Ensure all receipts comply with BIR or local regulatory standards.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent; college-level or accounting background is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling official receipts or financial documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping practices.
  • Organized, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial information.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
