Job Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Systems & Campaigns Assistant to help streamline and execute marketing operations across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll manage marketing tools, organize campaigns, handle CRM updates, and ensure smooth coordination between marketing initiatives and business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns using tools like GoHighLevel or Mailchimp.
  • Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Assist with ad campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct lead research and support outreach activities through digital platforms.
  • Maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, proper tagging, and organized pipelines.
  • Build and monitor outreach workflows for direct messaging, follow-ups, and referral programs.
  • Generate regular performance reports to support strategic decisions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and workflows.
  • Excellent written communication and basic copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in CRM management and contact organization.
  • Tech-savvy, independent, and highly organized.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate or wholesaling (a plus).
