Job description:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Proficient in computer and digital tools.Proven sales experience, especially in product launches and go-to-market strategies.Knowledge of the creative/entertainment industry (2D/3D animation or trading cards preferred).Strong client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Sales & Strategy:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.Identify new markets and customer segments.Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Serve as the main contact for inquiries and negotiations.Product Launch & Go-to-Market:Lead and coordinate product launches.Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and internal teams.Sales Operations:Manage CRM, pipeline, and sales processes to meet targets.Monitor and analyze sales performance for improvement.Market Analysis & Reporting:Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and KPI updates.
