We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores)
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, or connectivity issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Log and track support tickets using internal systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams
  • Document solutions for future reference and knowledge base
  • Stay up to date with product updates and technical trends

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • 100% (Preferred)
