Description

As a Company Nurse in VSS, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to provide immediate medical care, preventive health services, and health education programs. You'll work closely with our HR team and management to promote a healthy and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first aid, initial evaluation, and emergency medical treatment for work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Conduct regular health checks and assessments to monitor employee well-being and detect health risks early.
  • Administer medications, treat minor illnesses or injuries, and refer employees to healthcare providers when needed.
  • Implement health promotion initiatives such as wellness programs, health campaigns, and educational seminars.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, documenting treatments, incidents, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with HR and management on health policies, safety compliance, training, and medical supply management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing; valid nursing license and registration.
  • Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in an occupational health or corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
