District Manager – Lifecare Division

Location: Central Visayas / Bicol

Work Setup: Mobile (Fieldwork)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

About the Role

We are looking for a District Manager to lead and drive sales growth within assigned territories under our Lifecare Division. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and ensuring team performance while building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

If you have a strong background in Cardio, Metabolic, Diabetes, or Critical Care product lines, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue goals through effective planning and team leadership.
  • Monitor product performance, sustain sales, and manage inventory levels in trade outlets and hospital pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing programs and proper territory management.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain team staffing levels and operational efficiency.
  • Manage operational expenses and company assets effectively.
  • Prepare reports and documentation within the required timelines.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in Lifecare products (Cardio, Metabolic, Diabetes, Critical Care).
  • Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and open to assignment anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Science, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other company tools.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coaching skills.
  • Physically and mentally fit to handle fieldwork under irregular hours.
  • High integrity and compliance with corporate business conduct.
